Class structure

  • Strengthening Yoga and Breathing for parent

  • Gentle stretches, coordination sequences and movements to Rhymes for baby

  • Yoga for both, where parent incorporates the baby into the yoga pose

  • Relaxation

Schedule and Prices

  • Classes run on Wednesdays school terms : 13:30 - 14:30

  • Classes booked as half term passes (5 - 7 weeks)
  • Cost: £50 - £70 depend on the term
  • Missed sessions are not refundable.  Drop in: £15 


  • In order to book, enroll yourself for the date that you like to start and all the dates in the block via button "Book A Class". If the date is available, you will be able to select it.

  • To complete you booking, transfer the block payment (as per prices above) to Tali J Sayers acct 13662468 sort 30-98-71. If you join in the middle of the block, the remaining portion of the classes is calculated as £10 per class.

  • Once the booking is completed,  download booking form, fill it in and bring it with you. Alternatively you can complete the form at your first class.

  • See you at the class on the booked date :)

  • Please bring the blanket for your baby to lie on to the class!



Training and Qualifications

  • I hold a Diploma in Parent and Baby Yoga with "Yoga Kidz Worldwide"

  • Yoga Alliance UK Certified course and school

  • I also hold Children's Yoga Diploma and teach  at School
