Jai is originally from St. Petesburg but settled in the UK for 15 years. She was searching in various areas in her early years in life but when she came to Kundalini Yoga  she knew that it is her true calling, the mission and purpose of her soul! So, her passion translates in to what she does. Jai holds classes, workshops and one to one Sessions in High Wycombe Town Centre and Mill Hill as well as companies and house visits. She likes to make each session as a complete mind, body and should experience filled with wisdom, yoga, meditation, live sound bath with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs and aromatic incense to allow time and space for healing and transformation.

Kundalini Yoga is closely linked to a Chakra system and Jai has been fascinated with and studied the subject for a number of years and has a unique Chakra balancing method. She is also a certified Energy Healer and a member of International Institute of Complimentary Therapists. Jai runs weekly yoga classes. Tali also holds Sound Therapy sessions where she plays Symphonic and Moon gongs, Crystal Alchemy Bowls Chimes. One to One  Sessions are available for more targeted results and tailored to your needs.

Kundalini Yoga class is suitable for mixed abilities and complete beginners are welcome! It's a lot about self-assessment and your own progress. Modifications/simplifications are always given for more difficult poses for students to choose from, according to their abilities. Also, it is totally ok to have a little break and come back to the exercise if and when you are ready! 

If you have a specific concerns or areas you like to improve, Jai would be happy to work on one to one basis.

Various conditions could be addressed and improved including: stress and chronic fatigue, hormonal/endocrine system dysfunction, frequent infections and colds, depression, disturbed sleeping patterns, energy and Chakra blockages, support in addiction recovery, support in living with MS and others.
